It’s been a while since I’ve been in, but I am as delighted with my nails as the last time I was here! Hayden did an excellent job: he was gentle and meticulous with every step of this gel manicure, I can’t say enough about his attention to detail. Really pleased :)
I called before going to ask if this salon offered hard gel manicures, which they said they did. I asked again when I arrived, before the service, and mid service, when it appeared the technician was doing the wrong service. All four times, the staff affirmed they could and were doing hard gel. As the product was applied, they clarified they could only do builder gel. Now, my nails are weak and the gel has chipped, just two days after application. Amazing salon! Got gel nails this time but have gone for a mani-pedi before. Rose was lovely and so skilled. Great prices as well.

The technician had a bad attitude. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. She didn't treat my cuticles, didn't scrub my feet, and she only cut one of my toenails and did a horrible job at it. The polish on both my toes and nails like horrible. I was in there for maybe 45 minutes total. I wish I could show post the short clip of what she did to one of my feet at the end of my pedicure.
