today was my birthday (June 3rd) and I wanted to get a cute set. as the lady was doing my nails I didn’t say anything because I wanted to trust the process, as she started doing my nails I didn’t hear her that well and I think she said something about that she can’t do the details and everything. but once I got out of the store I saw that some of the nails were different sizes and I’m just upset because I paid $80 for something I didn’t quite like, and all I wanted was something cute for my birthday.
Technician cut into my nail bed too deeply on the side and then started to cut the cuticles, as a result I have a lopsided nail. She also cut my nails too much and filed them terribly. Have been working on keeping my nails healthy and this just set me back a few months. She also didn’t appear to know how to do a cats eye but thankfully I didn’t even get that far.
