Outstanding customer service! The environment was very welcoming. Jen was phenomenal! I took an afternoon appt to have the Head Spa treatment and get a hair cut. My hair looks amazing and oh my goodness the Head Spa treatment…WOW! Very affordable and I can’t say enough about my positive experience! Stopped coming here to get my nails done last year due to professionalism. My nail tech cut me 3x during the appointment due to rushing as it was slightly nice outside and they wanted to “go sit outside and tan” (their words.) however, my partner walked inside to talk to them about what they wanted done as previous salons were not doing it well. I'm late posting this, I have been a long time client of Jen she's a very attentive stylist I am intrigued by the services offered in the salon and I'm looking forward to trying some of them I recommend Jen and this salon 100%
Staff is very friendly. Salon is clean and has a relaxing vibe to it.
