I went in this morning to get a gel manicure and pedicure with Jade as a treat to myself for the start of the school year. I do not get my nails done often (the last time was over a year ago), but I decided to try here for somewhere different based on the reviews. Jade was very kind. I showed her the inspiration photo of natural ombré nails for the manicure, but the results were unfortunately sloppy and bumpy and do not look anything close to the picture. Jenn did an amazing job! I went in for a major chop. Hair was down to the middle of my back and it is now above shoulder length and stacked in the back with foils. She listened to everything I wanted and cut it just how I like it. I haven't felt like myself for years, I shed a few tears on my way home from the salon today. For the first time in forever, I looked in the mirror and seen me. The salon was recommended from my daughter's best friend's mom and I will be going back. 10/10 recommend.

I have been getting my nail done at Nails by Nicci for years. Nicci is my nail tech. She’s become a friend. I look forward to my appointments, just to catch up with her. My nails are always beautiful. I’ve referred several friends and family to her salon.

I have been a customer at Nicci's for many years. I moved 3 hours away in November 2024. It is very hard to find a good nail tech and hair stylist. Although I do have a nail tech and hair stylist where I currently live, i have yet to fine someone I trust with my eyebrows or a pedi. I try to make an appointment every time I am back in town!!! Love Nicci's everyone that works there is amazing. Miss you all so much!
