Went to the shop today at 8:30pm because it says they are open until 10pm. Doors locked no one there. I had to go into ticked parking to even go there. I’m 9 months pregnant. Infuriating when businesses words don’t match their actions.
the lady who works here is extremely rude and racist she told me to go back to my country. she was rude when i called to see if i can make an appointment & asked a few questions.. when i arrived the vibes were weird.. she was speaking to me very aggressive and got irritated because I asked her to repeat herself.. she was spitting in my face. thats how close she got to me. this is the worst experience in my whole entire life. stay away & save yourself the headache. I wish i would have read the reviews before coming/booking.
This is place is amazing !!great customer services, great store hours and also you can find amazing boba and coffee. !
