Today I get there to do my nail , person was there was totally off cut one hand tip off and another hand have tip , ask her ok now what should I do and she doesn’t understand what I’m saying, finally another person came and said oh I can fix this by putting new tip , I accept it and got so disappointed because it’s take time again and I was super tired after whole day at work but now this new person injured my whole hand and no matter how many time I ask her please be careful, she didn’t care , she put two phone front of her... read more
Probably one of the most over priced mid level pedicures I’ve ever gotten. I’ve had better customer service and better nail experiences at lower end shops. They’re rude and take their time and not in a good way. I will never go back here.
My mom who is over 80 years old broke her one of Gel builder nail and it was so painful. Erica took her just 10 minutes before closing and fixed it, removed all gels, cut her nail short polished and put another gel builder on the broken nail so that her nail can grow from where it was broken. Did a great job and very gentle!! Thank you Erica to stay longer for my mom!!
Excellent service at a reasonable price. I'll be back.
