Best experience I've ever had in a nail salon! I was referred by a friend in 1997 and saw Michelle every 2 weeks for over 10 years. I'm at the Hilton this week, booked a fill and a pedicure on Elm Street, paid $75 and $85. My daughter and I were shopping, I saw "Nails by Michelle", 15 years later and her prices have hardly gone up! Michelle is a gifted manicurist, but the best part of seeing her has always been her charming and giving personality. I've never forgotten her. Andover, you are lucky to have her!
