I had high hopes when I walked into Nails by Mercedes. The staff was friendly, they accept walk-ins, and while I waited I was even offered a glass of wine, which was a nice touch. I asked for a buildable gel fill, needed two nails replaced that had chipped/broken, and chose a simple nude color. The nail tech did a great job and I was happy with how my nails turned out. I’ve been coming to Mercedes for well over 10 years at this point. She has become more than just a friend, but she’s essentially become extended family ❤️ I love all the girls here and would work with literally any of them. For all your beauty needs, come to Nails by Mercedes!

I went in to get my nails done and chose one of the closest salons, thinking they closed at 8PM. When I arrived at 6:30PM, I learned they actually closed at 7PM. Two nail techs declined the appointment, which I completely understood, but the receptionist continued trying to find someone who would take me. Thanks to her effort, I was able to be seen — and the nail tech who accepted me deserves 5 stars. She was professional, patient, and did a beautiful job. I only wish I remembered her name.
