Mortified by Maria. I got a new set of gel nails and after one day one nail broke. I sent a message and called right away but as it was the Friday before New Years I expected her to be occupied and get back to me. I called to follow up when the sealing was open again, the following Tuesday and was met with a defensive and rude Maria.
