I was visiting from out of town, thought I would take my sister-n-law to get her pedicure, along with my husband. We stopped in, looked clean and updated chairs. Now, the polish was old- the workers weren't friendly and they placed a plastic bag in the bowl before running the water. Have you ever seen this before? NO. the lady that did my eyebrows took me in the breakroom area, someone was heating not so good smelling food in microwave, I thought this can't be where they do service on a customer, then she told me she thought I was getting more done than just eyebrows, that she could have done another customer, it made me feel bad like she wouldn't have chose me to help. very poor treatment of customer, I know u have to make money but that was plain rude...I will never spend my money there again.
