I booked a pedicure appointment just a week in advance, and when I showed up, the technician wasn’t even there. I was told she was “in the middle of moving,” which makes no sense considering she had just accepted the appointment days earlier. She tried to blame the mix-up on her assistant but the whole situation felt extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Complete waste of my time. I do not recommend this place at all. If you value reliability and respect for your time, look elsewhere.
Lola is an excellent nail technician, and one of the best in Texas. I've never been disappointed by her A+ service, and I'm always complimented on my nails, whether long or short. She provides one-on-one tailored service in a comfortable and well designed environment. I’ve been a client for almost ten years, and I highly recommend Nails by Lola Marie.
My nail tech is the absolute best.. from the level of service, the quality of her work and just her personality all around. I’ve been rocking with her over 6 years.
I can’t say enough about Lola. She’s taken great care of my nails over the last several years and now she cares for my daughter’s nails. We love our peaceful time at her shop. It always feels like me, girl time, and relaxing all around. My nails always look beautiful with unique designs. Lola cares about the beauty and the health of my hands and feet. I highly recommend that you book an appointment to experience it for yourself. Remember to be on your best behavior and respect her shop!
I use Groupon and Lola is very professional,quick,pays attention to detail and she add her own ingredients which had me feeling super great! I will be coming back!
