I don't know her name, but she's the worst nail tech I've ever experienced. She never offered a menu or even ask what kind of service I wanted. She was very rough on my feet, and when I told her it hurt, she ignored me. The so called massage lasted all but 48 seconds. I tried to have a conversation with her so she would feel better about doing her job but she wouldn't, and I know she speaks English because she spoke with other clients.
