So today I decided I wanted to get my eyebrows done so I seen this shop and decided to walk in they asked what I needed and I said eyebrows wax the lady then proceeds to tell me they don't do waxing... I then said well it's on your website that y'all do waxing so what kind do y'all do and then she said it's by appointment only and the lady wasn't there so I said well next time say that because that means they do waxing and not we don't do it every nail saloon I have been to throughout Burlington Greensboro ect. I came today, everything is so bad, the nail designs I gave are so poor quality
I don't know her name, but she's the worst nail tech I've ever experienced. She never offered a menu or even ask what kind of service I wanted. She was very rough on my feet, and when I told her it hurt, she ignored me. The so called massage lasted all but 48 seconds. I tried to have a conversation with her so she would feel better about doing her job but she wouldn't, and I know she speaks English because she spoke with other clients. Absolutely love this place, the whole entire staff is so nice and welcoming! Anna does a phenomenal job on my nails every time, she's so talented!
