I just left with the worst manicure I have ever had. Katy- didn’t put on her badge (written on a paper inside a plastic ziplock) until the manicure was half finished. She’d already done the pedicure which was ok, because flip-flop weather is almost over. I asked for a French manicure and had very long nails for that reason! I came in for a pedicure with absolutely no pain or discomfort in my right big toe. I left the salon with noticeable discomfort in that toe. After inspecting it, I found that a significant portion of the nail is missing/damaged. Given I've only had a handful of pedicures in my life (less than 10), this outcome is unacceptable.

I ONLY went for a shellac removal and regular Polish. This was A DISASTER!! The nail lady Katy took a super long amount of time and put Waaaay to much nail polish so even though I sat under the dryer it did ZERO for drying therefore my nails are all messed up. I paid for NOTHING ! About to take the polish off now. Katy was very abrupt and kept Talking to me but I could not understand her at all. It was a horrible experience

Was referred by many ladies where I work at. So I took them on their word. Was given to this lovely lady Tracy, did a small job not big. For the price of job was a little high. But okay I'll know better next time. But any way she started to put powder on nails she was to fidigy and when she was doing the final sanding of nails she used a different tool and didn't curve around the cuticle, so I have two nails that are lifting.
