DO NOT GO IN. Extremely unprofessional and rude once an issue arises. The acrylics were off the nail bed, glued to the skin in some parts, looked horrible, were unusable, and caused abrasions and pain. This is the first time I’ve requested a refund for nails as I have to get them taken off and redone elsewhere, and the first review I’ve ever left. Tried to resolve it politely, but they refused while being confrontational. Reported to NSW Fair Trading — absolutely would not recommend.
20/09/2024 Kim is a lovely lady, like the reviews suggested! However paying $95 for removal and redo… I was so disappointed to have my nails ending up like this for my first time in Sydney! Wasn’t stated over the phone that it was cash only which wasn’t too much of an issue but $25 to have them off which I was only told it would be a little bit more… They aren’t even on straight and rushed towards the end because someone else came in so they ended up like this! Best experience- Kim is such a lovely woman and the best SNS I have found in Sydney. She is very talented and you can tell she loves what she does & making people feel their best. Thank you Kim, I’ll definitely be back soon :) xx
One of the best nail salons I’ve come across in Australia. Kim was professional, helpful and just a really lovely person. She truly cared about the quality of the job she did, and gave plenty of assistance when I was undecided on colour/style, which is hard to come by!! It’s incredibly hard to find decent nail salons in busy CBD areas, so hopefully this review saves you some time thanks Kim!
