I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing set of nails I’ve ever received, especially for the $65 cost. The nails are uneven and lumpy, with several shaped in different directions, and the polish application is inconsistent. Additionally, I was cut with the clippers during the service, and nail polish remover was applied to the cut multiple times, which was quite painful. Made my nails all different kind of shapes, didn’t get what I asked for multiple times, and their crooked .
Honest review— Let’s start with the negatives so we can end on a positive note. Negatives: Collectively, a hour and a half was spent waiting. Only two workers, one for pedicures and one for manicures and waxing. Juggled 5 clients at a time which made each one wait. Not sanitary. We took my daughter to get her nails done as a late Christmas present yesterday. Her nails are nothing like she wanted yet they did not seem to care
