I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year and have not had a bad experience or any issues. They’re excellent with walk-in availability and appointments. Any time I’ve broken a nail or chipped my polish, they’ve fixed me up quickly and easily. Treat them well and you will be treated well in return.

Poor hygiene and disappointing quality. The tools (clippers, nippers, files) are not single-use or properly sterilized, they’re just rinsed with water between clients, which can spread fungal infections like toenail fungus. (The lady sitting right next to me had obviously a toe nail fungus, no extra precaution taken by the technician : scary!). My husband and I have both been going to Nails by Cindy for nearly two years (him for pedicures, me for both) and it's always been a pretty good experience -- until two weeks ago. I called to make an appointment and was told I could come right in. So, I did. I was already one block away. When I arrived, I realized Cindy (the owner) and her husband were not there.
