Response to Jbd123 I work at Nails by Cindi and in response to the post made by Jbd123, She has made her appointment with us through a CrowdCut offer we had ran. She called the day of her appointment to ask if we had time to also do an express manicure/pedicure on her sister, since we are only a 2 person shop we did not have time for both. Horrible Customer Service Horrible I made an appointment and was not informed of their 24 hours cancellation policy (if you are unable to make your appointment for any reason you WILL be charged of the appointment) I have a new born baby and had something come up that made it imposable for me to make my appointment. I called Cindi several hours before my scheduled time to reschedule my appointment and she screamed at me on the phone for canceling and told me I would have to pay for the appointment. Discount rates for full service! If you like those high end salons where they treat you like you are their only client, offer you coffee, never make you feel rushed, and talk to you like you’re their best friend; BUT CAN’T AFFORD IT then you must make an appointment with Cindi or Megan at nails by Cindi. You will get all of that at half the price, even lower prices for Megan. I’ll never use a discount salon again.

Thank you, you're the best My daughter-in-law took me to Nails by Cindi as a birthday present 4 years ago and I haven’t stopped going since. I’m elderly and take a little more patience than the average client and Cindi makes me feel like I’m her most important customer. She does beautiful work and treats everyone with a little extra attention which is greatly appreciated.
