Terrible customer service. Only interested in getting people in and shipping them out. You can't complain, or change your mind about a nail polish. She gets irritated and mad. Was a customer for over 20 years and she tossed me away like garbage for no apparent reason. Even after reaching out to her a few times she made no effort in return. She's a mean lady who keeps a "cut off list". And her "I'm busy" attitude to customer's is appalling.
