I have a schedule where I can be out of town with a few hours notice. I have told the owner this. And all employees there. I am always traveling. The owner I always communicate with, she calls herself Cassandra, she texted me scolding me, why I always change, not cancel - change. I only went to this nail salon. The place is all day crowded and she has 6 technicians or more. So, customers are not lacking. Kimberly was my nail tech she was wonderful. Very outgoing sweet and careful with my nails besides other nail techs made my experience here feel like home. Definitely coming back!
