HORRENDOUS service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are extremely rude, and will not listen to what you want. When I went to get acrylic nails removed, she did not soak them at all, but instead drilled off the acrylic down to my nail bed, which was obviously painful. When I insisted that she soak them off before drilling MORE, she was very rude, and then charged me extra for soaking them for 5 minutes. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money, go somewhere else.
Great place
I really tried to support this place, since it is so close to me. However, they never do that good of a job given the price point and I always feel rushed. I rec trying Katherine Nails on Broadway if you want a more individual experience and a better manicure for the same price. The back massages are really good though!!! But nails, no.
Trevor did an amazing job on my gel manicure and pedicure. He made sure it was colors I wanted and was very friendly. Thanks for a great experience, I will be returning. -Leah
