Been going here for years so very disappointed that today's and my previous experience less than 2 weeks ago paled in comparison to my previous many years' experience. Waited for 30 mins before getting a manicurist even though I made an appointment is too long a wait. Then having the manicurists rush through my mani after they took so long to do my Pedi is also not acceptable.
