Visited the store today, had the most welcoming and friendly service :)) staff were super kind and the service was incredibly fast and detailed too 💞 These ladies work so hard and the result is amazing^^! Price is great too🙂↕️💞 definitely coming again ❤️ Lady at front counter was especially helpful and sweet^^❤️
Awful, don’t go here !!!!! I asked for chrome, it’s glittery because they didn’t brush away the chrome before the top coat. Didn’t go to the edge of the nail either, can clearly see the under colour, also painted lumps of chrome onto the nail, when asked to reshape it then wanted to get all offended, I had to pay the full price of $60!!! they didn’t even offer a discount, just offered to do it again which why would I want them to try again after ruining it in the first place.
Worst experience I’ve had here. I should have checked the Google reviews first to understand why this place has such a low rating. The staff member told me one price, but when it came time to pay, she tried to charge me a completely different amount than what we had agreed on. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I got acrylic nails done here, but they didn’t even properly use UV light. I asked for a chrome finish, and instead of doing it professionally, she was literally using her finger to rub the chrome on an uneven nail surface. I pointed out multiple times that the nails weren’t even or properly finished, but my concerns were ignored.
