Went here today without looking at the reviews. I had a lovely experience here and got exactly what I asked for. The lady who did my nails ‘Enna’ I think was great, my nails look perfect and she helped me charge my phone as I had low battery (I had asked if I could pay before the service started) I'm sure they've improved their service since many of these reviews were written. Thanks for my full set, I love them! 🎀
Worst nail salon ever staff are so rude and ruined my nails and I told them I didn’t want the service and they would not let me leave without paying $20 for them just applying the tips because I wasn’t happy
Worse nail salon I have even been. Sns chipped in one day. Don’t waste your money here.
Terrible Service – Wouldn’t Recommend The staff here were rude and had no social skills. I asked for a simple manicure and pedicure with a French tip, but they refused to do it on regular polish—only would do it on shellac. Not sure if that’s their policy or if the lady just couldn’t be bothered. Throughout the service, she kept speaking in another language, barely communicated with me, and did a rushed, careless job.
