Very sad. First time manicure and I am so disappointed! After I left I had to clean out the Nail filings under my nails. She only used a very coarse file and they are now rough on the ends and catch on clothing. There are still areas around my cuticles that need trimming. She was sweet and polite but the end product was poor. I will fix it all. I told her it was for my daughter’s wedding. I truly received less than stellar results.

A great time every time! I’ve had two different nail techs in the few times that I’ve gone and they have done a great job every time! Super nice and affordable!

I have used this place many times when I was in a jam. Yesterday, however, was the worst. The receptionist (young girl) rolled her eyes and gave me a disgusted look when I asked for a plain mani and pedi. and acted as if I were an inconvenience. I went early enough to avoid the rush. There was a lady behind me, who apparently had an appt or was a friend, and the receptionist could not help fall all over her.
