After coming for almost 2 years, it took 3 ppl to give me a decent manicure after being cut (way too short), filed way too close to skin on my nail bed and painted the wrong color 3x. My pedicure which was also not done well, and not even painted, was never redone after the original 5 minute pedicure. I was still charged $66 dollars for both a basic mani & pedi which was after a “discount”. The individual who originally did my service doesn’t even have proper certificate to do so. I wanted to love this salon because it’s clean and convenient, but unfortunately my gel manicure started peeling after only 1 or 2 days. There was also leftover polish from my last set still visible underneath one nail, because my nail tech was rushing. For the price point, I expected better and more attention to detail.

I went day before Mother's Day, I set an appointment for me and my sister and our daughters. We had to wait 45 minutes, despite having an appointment as they took walk ins. The service was rushed, sloppy, and they were rude. The very worst gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten! I told the manager and a Spanish woman named Andrea fixed my gel manicure and it was way better. But the previous "nail tech" cut my nails so short it hurt and I was bleeding.
