Ive gotten my nails done a couple of times here with no real issues other than a mishaped nails here or there but today was different. I got my nails done by Louis and at the end I chose a neutral color which he applied but when I looked at my right hand 2 of the nails were so mishaped I decided to just change the color to a darker color rather than ask for him to fix them and he neutral made color it somehow just looked more obvious. I always leave happy… Long did a great job with my nails. I was impressed!
I usually only leave reviews when I’ve had a positive experience, but unfortunately this visit fell short of my expectations. The nail shaping wasn’t done as requested i wanted square, and cuticle oil was applied up my leg without being wiped off, which resulted in my pants and shoes getting covered in oil when I left. Once I got home, I also noticed that three of my toes had been cut and the polish wasn’t applied evenly or fully on any of the nails. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed in the future.
Everything that glitters is not gold. Just because this place is nice and clean does not mean the service is good. I went in to get a pedicure and the service was horrible. Within 10mins of sitting in the chair the service worker said she was done with my pedicure. I was confused because all she did was soak my feet and cut my toe nails. I asked if she was really finished and she said yes. The selection of colors are slim to none and very basic despite me seeing a few different color plates.
