I went into asking for a full set and Mary did an amazing job. And I love how she communicated with me and talked with me the whole time laughing and being amazing
The quality of service itself was good, but the overall experience was impacted by how disorganized the system felt. I understand it was a busy day, but after finishing my pedicure, I was supposed to transition to a Gel-X manicure. Instead, I ended up sitting and waiting for about 20 minutes without any communication from staff (my original pedicure tech said to sit), so I ultimately decided to forgo the manicure altogether.
