they are very thorough at this nail salon. It’s why I love going there.
Horrible experience. Came here to get my feet and nails done for my birthday. My usual shop was closed so I thought I’d take a risk since the pictures seemed nice. Subpar customer service throughout the entire experience; they will interrupt your service to cater to “regulars” and leave you waiting for long periods of time. They are so good!! Did exactly what I wanted and was so fast!
They charged me $45 EXTRA for a design. Total was almost $90 for a no chip manicure.. insanely overpriced. Should be closer to $60 like everywhere else. When I asked why it was so much they said “because I got the design on every nail”. If you’re going to charge more than double the original price maybe let the customer know before you start.
