I had an appointment scheduled since the beginning of the week, which the nail technician accepted the same day. Today, less than 30 minutes before my appointment, she called to cancel, explaining that she had accidentally double-booked after a current client contacted her. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have made three appointments with the same nail tech, and the first two times she canceled same day. My daughter has been going to her for some time, so she told me to give her a chance. Third strike, they’re out. I showed up five minutes prior to my appointment, and now 20 minutes later she still has not shown up. This is ridiculous. Unless you want to be aggravated and waste your time, stay far away from this establishment and Dailenys!
This service in this location has changed. This is the second time something like this has happened. Had a 330pm appointment, at 4pm I had to go search for the person who I was scheduled for. She said 5 more minutes. Half an hour later nothing. there were two other ladies doing nothing, no one offered to attend me for a simple manicure and pedicure. There was only the manicurist no management, no receptionist, no one there to help.
