I am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency, professionalism, and customer service I experienced at Nails and Makeup by Jasmine. I booked a hard gel refill service based on the salon’s advertised starting price of $55 on their website. Before my appointment, I made it clear what service I was receiving, and at no point during the appointment was I informed that there would be any additional charge due to the length of my natural nails. Ana is absolutely amazing! She does my toes every time, and they come out perfect without fail. She pays attention to detail, is professional, and always makes sure everything looks great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! If you’re looking for someone who consistently does an excellent job, Ana is the one to see. Highly recommend!
I have been going to this place for 2yrs now, the service is great, and the people are friendly. I always go to Ana and she eats it up every time, I have never left her chair unsatisfied which is great because i’m picky. She is super caring, and detail oriented. Today I got a hard gel full set and a gel pedi, did a red cat-eye and i’m OBSESSED. 10/10 everytime.
