One tech started my toes I didn’t like her work so I stopped her. I wanted to go to someone who previously did my toes . He denied me service and told me to leave because it cause tension in the work environment. Clients should be able to go to who they prefer without others taking it personal . This is business KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL . Mind you I’m a consistent client .

Yesterday I went to this salon for the first and last time. I was recommended this salon by a friend and since it was my birthday I wanted a specific design . Which I had reached out to the salon prior to making an appointment to ensure that it could be done. Not only did I send a picture but I showed a video as well and I specified that it was EXACTLY what I wanted. They ensured me that it could be done and it was easy. The fact that I’m arguing with My Nail Tech is crazy and he does not understand nothing I’m saying and my whole toe looks so ugly and I’m trying to explain to him that I don’t like it but you see it’s not understand. I’ll be going somewhere else.
