Yesterday I went to this salon for the first and last time. I was recommended this salon by a friend and since it was my birthday I wanted a specific design . Which I had reached out to the salon prior to making an appointment to ensure that it could be done. The fact that I’m arguing with My Nail Tech is crazy and he does not understand nothing I’m saying and my whole toe looks so ugly and I’m trying to explain to him that I don’t like it but you see it’s not understand. I’ll be going somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You pay what you get… yes prices are low but quality is not there…. Got my nails done on a Monday, she was rushed and they didn’t turn how I wanted them, the shape is nothing like what I asked for the French is all crooked… the following Monday (7 days) they were already lifting and peeling on my cuticle… went back in to have it fixed, their solution?… file away at the cuticle and put a top coat now my nails look like they’re weeks grown out and still super messy. Would not recommend.
