I don't know about these other reviews but I've always had a great experience here. In fact, when Solace Day Spas manicurist cut my toe bad right before I went on vacation and suffered for two weeks, Nails America took me in and did a great job and I have never looked back. They are always very friendly and kind to me and I've never waited long if I just walk in!
If I could leave a score lower than one star I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. According to the business’s online hours, they were supposed to be open until 7:00 PM. I made the drive specifically based on that information, only to arrive and find that they had closed an hour early at 6:00 PM. Ontop of incorrectly displaying their hours online, what was most frustrating was the way I was treated. Instead of receiving an explanation, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and dismissive manner.
