worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. no one looked up from their phones when I walked in & I was the only person in there. after standing there in silence & no one saying anything I asked them if I should sign in. rounded off my toenails!!! have terrible ingrown nails now. very unprofessional and horrible work
Took my daughter for a full set 2 weeks ago… she got almond shape and really long. The full set was $65 the shape and length were $5 a piece for a total of $75. I understand and agree I went today got regular square shape and not long at all gel polish. The girl charged me $96 insisted I use their ATM and pay cash! The nails look ok the thumb nail she refused to let cure under the light so I have to go get it fixed. A different girl did my nails than usual.She spent half the time texting on her phone.Then, she rushed told me I needed more acrylic overcharged.Me prices are getting high.Then, I went out to the car and they weren't even dry and smudged.It had to come back in and get it redone.Credit machine never works always have to take cash out.Get it together!
The techs suck. I tell them exactly what me and my friend want and got the total opposite of what we wanted !
