worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. no one looked up from their phones when I walked in & I was the only person in there. after standing there in silence & no one saying anything I asked them if I should sign in. I told them I had 30 mins & could only do a pedicure, unless they could do gel manicure at the same time in the pedicure chair (I said it was fine if they couldn’t, but I have seen other salons do this). since I was the only customer in the salon they told me they could do both at the sa... read more
rounded off my toenails!!! have terrible ingrown nails now. very unprofessional and horrible work
Took my daughter for a full set 2 weeks ago… she got almond shape and really long. The full set was $65 the shape and length were $5 a piece for a total of $75. I understand and agree I went today got regular square shape and not long at all gel polish. The girl charged me $96 insisted I use their ATM and pay cash! The nails look ok the thumb nail she refused to let cure under the light so I have to go get it fixed.
