While they have a great selection of nail options and plenty of stations for mani and pedi, the general feel of the staff is not welcoming. Definitely, don't expect a smile or a thank you for your business. My nail tech, Ha, made multiple complaints about my nails that made me want to get up and walk out, but was already too far into the process of applying an acrylic base. The greeter kept over talking me so I was confused the whole time and my nail tech was rushy and rude and filed my natural nails way shorter than I asked (again i was being talked over) . They didn't even cut my cuticles just stopped gel over it.
