They don't clean the tools between pedicure clients. Rinsing them in the same dirty water your feet were just soaking in is NOT sterilizing them for the next client. GROSS, GROSS, GROSS. They need to be reported to the state cosmetology board for unsafe and unsanitary practices.
Don't waste your time or $ here! I paid $23 for a refill, which I normally pay $16, and when I left it looked like a 5 yr old did my nails.
Don't go there unless you like to hear them talking about you in their language. The guy owner didn't even bother to clean the pedicure tub for the next customer. Came back for a manicure, he said I must have an appointment even 4 nail techs was walking around talking. I will be looking for another nail salon.
I do not recommend having your nails done here. They rushed me through having my gel polish done and did not even cover the entire nail. When I complained, I did not get any response.
