I’ve been a few times over the past year and normally the service is okay, the drink and snack service is a nice touch that I don’t see at many nail salons in the area. However, they need to work on training and hiring better informed nail technicians. I received a pedicure from Thao yesterday and she proceeded to cut my toes way too short. Edit: So, my mom went back shortly after this incident.... and the owner approached her, shoved my review in her face and rudely asked if this post was made by me, she knew her crew messed up and wanted a good review after the fact instead of making sure her staff did their job right the first time. Then said Icould come back in and get my nails redone like that would fix all the problems and magically regrow my cuticles, while keeping the other half of my remaining cuticles intact. Amazing pedicure! I had to take my daughter back to have her nails done because her color was off but I had the best pedicure ever! You should open a store in Reno

Great place! Heidi did my daughter’s pedi , talked to her the entire time making sure she was comfortable. She was great, efficient and patient! Jack! He was quiet but when I showed what area I was having discomfort at he didn’t brush it off like most techs would. Sophia was phenomenal with the full set for my eldest baby. We will definitely return !
