I had a $42 pedicure and a $23 manicure which this had just a clear polish. The pedicure I did get gel, but was never told that it cost $25 for the gel. I was charged $90 for this service, and didn’t think about it till I left, so I went back and asked why I was charged $90. They spoke to one another in their language and she told me that he forgot to tell me about the $25 charge for gel, so I asked to be credited for it and she said no, to be credited I would have to have the gel removed and replaced with regular polish. I have never gotten a service done here because everytime I go in to get JUST my eyebrows waxed, I am ALWAYS told I have to wait a LONG time because every one is busy. The first time I ever went in I was told plainly they had no time for me and to come back another day. I’m 36 and have been walking into nail salons to get my eyebrows done since I was 12 and I have never been told no service because no time was available nor have I ever been told I had to wait until all the nail clients were done. I have gone here out of convenience for years, and have always avoided it because they are never friendly. Always make me feel like they are in a rush. This time, I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and was shocked when she began to put the wax on my eyebrows because of how hot the wax is. I understand wax has to be hot to be melted, but this was scorching. They are so rough pushing my face around while waxing, and since the wax was so hot, my eyebrows are now blistered and sting. Got a mani-pedi, pedi part of it was nice, mani, not too much, they made me bleed when cutting my cuticles and didn't buff my nails, I went back in and talked to the owner, they ended up cleaning off the blood and then telling me that to buff, it'd be 5$. I walked out, I've had past really good experiences at this place, but I won't be coming back.
