I have never gotten a service done here because everytime I go in to get JUST my eyebrows waxed, I am ALWAYS told I have to wait a LONG time because every one is busy. The first time I ever went in I was told plainly they had no time for me and to come back another day. I have gone here out of convenience for years, and have always avoided it because they are never friendly. Always make me feel like they are in a rush. This time, I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and was shocked when she began to put the wax on my eyebrows because of how hot the wax is. I understand wax has to be hot to be melted, but this was scorching. They are so rough pushing my face around while waxing, and since the wax was so hot, my eyebrows are now blistered and sting. Got a mani-pedi, pedi part of it was nice, mani, not too much, they made me bleed when cutting my cuticles and didn't buff my nails, I went back in and talked to the owner, they ended up cleaning off the blood and then telling me that to buff, it'd be 5$. I walked out, I've had past really good experiences at this place, but I won't be coming back.

Great place where I can walk in. They have excellent polish, gel nails, tons of colors. Very reasonable prices. I love their pedicures. They do an excellent eyebrow wax as well.
