The gentleman doing my pedicure cut my cuticles too much on both big toes. Hurts bad. I really like the full set and everyone is super helpful. Just my two big toes were hurting

BEWARE! WORST MANICURE IVE EVER HAD! I saw this place go viral on Twitter and decide to check it out and I had the worst experience ever. Not only was I there for 3 hours just for a fill but I also left without getting the matte texture that I wanted. Not to mention that the final look was treacherous and I was still charged the same $40 price with wrinkles in the polish and nail polish on my fingers as well as sore cuticles. This nail salon has a great atmosphere/environment and is very inviting. Although it is a great salon , it lacks nail techs and most people would rather go to one tech by the name of Esther. She does amazing work so everyone gravitates toward her, I retrieved services by an inexperienced nail tech who didn’t do a great job... decent ... not great. Her detail was off and she took over 2 hours to complete my nails. Overall it’s wonderful just choose your tech wisely.
