Save your time and money. Worst pedicure I've experienced. The technician spoke no English, so an interpreter was necessary. She cut skin off the tip of my toe. Never offered to sterilize it, once again needing an interpreter, I asked for something to clean the cut and stop the bleeding. Crickets!! I should also state the salon was very dirty. I refused to pay the amount of the pedicure and a tip. The owner agreed to only charge me $20. Do not go to this salon.
Unfortunately I cannot comment on the service but I walked in to this salon as a new customer on a Wednesday morning at around 10am. The place had two members of staff that I could see, no customers. The lady that spoke to me didn’t want to get up from her chair with her feet up and shoes and socks off. When I showed her a fairly simple design I wanted which was just matte black, cheetah print and one gem on each hand. Best nail salon in Estero! Friendly quality service! I’ve visited around 6 times and always leave happy! You won’t be disappointed!
