I waited 40 mins for a $35 polish change and I absolutely hate them! I communicated clearly while I was there that I did NOT like it. Didn’t even try to make any corrections that I know could have been done with just a file!! Techs are definitely not as skilled. This place is better for older patrons that like to stick to the bottom basics.

I recently got my nails done there and they usually do pretty well. Well this time I got my nails done by a different young lady and she completely ruined my nail beds, leaving red marks looking as if my nails were about to bleed. Very painful experience. Nails were cute (but sloppy) though just painful! (I recommend getting David to do your nails- he always does an amazing job) Overall I paid around $60 just for my natural nails to be ruined and a sloppy design.
