There is new management and apparently the technicians from before are mostly gone. I got a basic pedicure and manicure with no color. Firstly, the tools are not sanitized for individual one time use. The tech was very patient while I chose my toe polish. She didn’t really seem focused at one point I was pausing her from polishing before putting on a base coat and I had slippers that needed to be put on first before polishing that took me two times to get her to listen and put them on. Every appointment feels like a spa day. The pedicure massage is heavenly and melts away my stress. The staff are friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented. I always leave with flawless nails that get me compliments. It’s my favorite nail salon in town.
