Beautiful salon, excellent customer service, and outstanding nail work. The team was welcoming and skilled, and my nails have never looked better. Five stars!
I was told my wait would be 15 minutes and then i waited another 10 just to end up leaving due to not being serviced. 40 minutes on my birthday down the drain
Absolutely the worst nails I’ve had in my entire life. I over-paid only to get blotchy, spotty, streaky, and bubbled-out TERRIBLE nails. They were nice but not qualified. I asked for a refund and they refused. They want to try and redo them but I’m out of town. When I come back they said they’ll redo them but I do NOT trust them. How do I know they will do a good job when they wasted my time to begin with. I’m pissed and just want a refund. NEVER AGAIN!
I’ve been here a few times and it’s normally pretty good but this just wasn’t a great experience. The tech lathered my fingers in oil which concealed how poorly she had done with my manicure. Every single bottom on my nail is lifting up— my appointment ended at 1:10PM and I am submitting this review at 1:55PM same day. One nail is crooked, the lines aren’t clean (which I did notice in the salon but chose to let go).
