Absolutely the worst nails I’ve had in my entire life. I over-paid only to get blotchy, spotty, streaky, and bubbled-out TERRIBLE nails. They were nice but not qualified. I asked for a refund and they refused. They want to try and redo them but I’m out of town. When I come back they said they’ll redo them but I do NOT trust them. How do I know they will do a good job when they wasted my time to begin with. I’m pissed and just want a refund. NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s normally pretty good but this just wasn’t a great experience. The tech lathered my fingers in oil which concealed how poorly she had done with my manicure. Every single bottom on my nail is lifting up— my appointment ended at 1:10PM and I am submitting this review at 1:55PM same day. One nail is crooked, the lines aren’t clean (which I did notice in the salon but chose to let go). This is our go-to nail salon in San Diego because it’s fun, well-priced and we always have kind service. We took a whole group for pedicures before Christmas and they accommodated our group of 7 easily with a reservation. They were especially patient with my three-year-old who was having her first salon experience and they made it so special and fun for her! I appreciate their cash discount and now always bring cash.
