Bad service I booked an appointment for today at 1pm she changed to 2pm then went to my appointment and it was closed call her like three time she never answered. So unprofessional.

The worst experience I have ever had. They didn't have the colors I wanted, the area was dirty, the person who did my nails didn't use gloves. The person didn't even take 15 minutes for my manicure. My nails were bad, the person didn’t clean my nails after the procedure. I'm not coming back to this place.

Terrible experience. I had made an appointment 2 days earlier. Walked in today and the lady had no idea about it. Complete waste of time and ruined our girls day. Should've read the other reviews first. Super unprofessional!

I called and made an appt that morning. I went to the shop and waited outside and no one was there. I went to the door, and it was locked. I called the number. Nothing! I texted. Nothing! She didn't respond to me until I left a message threatening to write a complaint. She then texted and said that she tried to reach me. I checked my phone. I did have a missed call, but there was no voicemail. How are you trying to reach me when you don't leave a voicemail?
