HORRIBLE SERVICE! They will lie about pricing and their capabilities. All while still trying to charge you for something you didn’t get. This place used to be the best in Wilmington, now you should do your damnedest to avoid it!
Male owner was seen carrying his puppy outside, dropped it, and then smacked the crap out of it when the puppy started to run. They do not deserve business.
Five star for Ken. I would not get anyone else in all of Wilmington, he is excellent. I wouldn’t even get anyone else at the salon, especially the older gentleman.
