The appointment system is horrible. No one picks the phone, the online systems traps you to go in and you may even have 45 mins wait. Each and every time it has been at least 30 mins wait. Only if someone starts yelling they abandon someone and come to provide service. It is very stressful. They pretend not to understand English when you ask them how much longer. Avoid this place.
