I had an appointment but still had to wait about 15 minutes before being seen. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve much after that. My technician was Shelly. While she was polite, I wasn’t happy with the final result. Two of my nails required extensions, and those are the ones that look misaligned and bulky compared to the rest. Clean place, great costumer service and awesome work ethics. However waiting time is long and the service you receive is average.

Treats customers poorly if they do not want the marked up services. There are definitely wonderful individual technicians. But the management was extremely rude for requesting a simple manicure. Unfortunately, can't do the expensive services every time! Was a long term customer otherwise - for years.
