Went to get my nails fixed but they keep chipping. They told me i have to pay for them to fix it again.

I went into the salon on Thursday to get a gel French tip on my hands and toes. Everything was fine. They charged me $110 but within the next day, my fingers were chipping and when I looked closely at my French tip on my toes, the french tip didn’t even reach all the way to the tip so it wasn’t really a French tip… It was like a French halfway..On monday, they were closed so I went on Tuesday to get them fixed, my toes are fine now, but within the next day the nails on my hands started to chip again. Today was my first visit and I left very satisfied. Derrick did a good wonderful job. My nails are beautiful. Derrick suggested I do BioGel, which is actually what I wanted! I didn't realize I asked for the wrong thing at first (I just started doing gel vs acrylic recently and didn't know the right terminology). My nails are so smooth and strong. Thank you Derrick! The venue is large and clean and accepts all kinds of payment. 👍
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this salon. The application of Dazzle dry was done incorrectly, and I have no idea how they are certified. The carts were in complete chaos, with visibly reused files and multiple bottles of chemicals that were not properly labeled. When I initially brought up the incorrect application of the product, the staff was very rude.
