Two of my nails broke 3 days after I got them done with bio gel. I was incredibly busy at the time and so I superglued them several times (about 5 over the course of 10 days). And then I finally had some time to come in and get them fixed and they refused to fix the nails. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I have never once come in to have nails fixed from breaking. The people that work here are great. Unfortunately, the owners don’t care at all about the clients and that comes across in their policies. Used to come here often but had one too many bad experiences with their “policies” that made me realize they don’t value me as a client.
Horrible customer service. Do not recommend .
Very happy with the service. I had a great pedicure and was able to get right in. Derrick was very gentle and did a perfect job.
Went here first time as I was in the area. Front desk got me in last minute which I’m thankful for. Got regular mani pedi as that’s what I get when I go somewhere new to see if I like it and if I wanna go back. Ben did my pedi and was SO detailed and gentle! Did an amazing job!!
