My Napa pedi was a quick 35 min, then Johnny put my shoes on before nails were dry and messed up the polish. He snapped at me that I moved my toe and "messed it all up". Then my manicure was so rough I have a cut and several sore spots. I paid and left without complaining, almost in tears, but decided I need to speak up about the way I was treated. Horrible experience 😣

I ordered the house pedi but I received nothing more than trimmed nails and polish. He did use a scrub on each leg for about 10 seconds each but he didn’t rinse it off. I was sticky and “sandy” and I had to request a towel to wash my legs. I even had to ask for water on the towel since he had already drained the tub. He didn’t clean the bottom of my feet until I asked. After we argued over whether he had done it already, he did it for about 30 seconds very lightly. Jason is very professional. I have had issues with ingrown nails in my toes and he has been able to remove them without causing pain. They are very friendly and facility is pleasant. They have a variety of beautiful colors for gel nails. The nails look natural and last for a long time. #B33nailcolorgel

This location sucks and owner needs to spend more time here! Napa Pedi for $47 for 50-55 min is a rip off let down! The Pensacola location gives you the advertised time worth the price. The gulf breeze location does not! 35 min for a 55 min upgraded pedicure! Def not satisfied, with so many other places in area , I def won’t drive out of my way for this loc. I got the lashes as well in Pensacola and they looked ridiculous not to mention I never got the free eye brow tint that came with eyelash special at gulf breeze location... read more
