5:30 appointment. 6:00 was told 5 more minutes. 6:10 2 other customers had come in and been helped right away. I finally spoke up and the employee looked at me, spoke to her colleagues, and then never gave me a response. Got up and left after 45 minutes of waiting for an appointment that never happened. The owners response was that the guests coming in after me had 6:00 appointments. Horrible customer service. No wonder this place is usually empty.
Nailicious is the best nail salon I’ve been to yet! The environment is very clean, and my nails always turn out amazing. All staff members are very friendly and do great work. Lisa is especially personable and professional, and pays lots of attention to detail. I couldn’t recommend a better place to get your nails done!
