I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM on January 2, 2026. I was not seated until 3:20 PM, and my pedicure did not begin until approximately 3:30 PM. There was a noticeable delay before I was attended to, especially considering there were only four customers in the salon, including myself. I went to Nailholix today for a manicure (the Rock My World one that includes a scrub). The staff and owners were very kind and professional. The store is very clean. The prices are reasonable. It was truly a wonderful and relaxing experience and I highly recommend their services. I will be returning as a customer in the near future.
