I really wanted to love this place because I had been a loyal customer for years. That history made this experience even more disappointing. The wait time was excessive and when staff finally acknowledged it, the apology felt more like blame than accountability. It was as if the inconvenience was somehow my fault as the customer. Pedicure with Mimi was amazing!
Mula and Genesis did absolutely amazing. Mula helped me with my boot ( I broke my ankle). She was personable and kind, plus my nails are the bomb. Genesis did a great job on my daughter’s nails.
