Q nails is my go to spot for pedicures. I’m a regular customer. Recently, i’ve been noticing things I dislike. For example, they will say it’s one price but someone my total is way more ! I would say it’s a language barrier but even after double checking with them before the pedicure, the total is always more than what they said and they will add on to it. i never make negative reviews but this, i had to do. all nails are a different size. no apex whatsoever. and they are all uneven, with globs of polish. i told the lady doing my nails and she said she’d fix it at the end buff, but never did. then i asked if they could please fix it once i was done and they all looked at me as if i was crazy. they finally agreed and told me to pay first & that I had to wait so i did. i waited 15 minutes but decided to leave because if they let me walk out with nails like this, they wouldn’t do... read more

20/10 stars, will be back, absolutely flawless work. I came in with a challenging design they accommodated with great care and my Russian mani with builder is strong and immaculate. Can’t wait for my next one!
