I was a 1st time visitor today. Cynthia did my gel french mani pedi. I called first and Asanti answered and told me the price was $100, but it came out to $118. A great way to amp up the customer service is to offer clients water and maybe snacks. Also, offer to assist pedicure clients with putting their shoes back on, especially when they have foil on their fingers for the manicure. I might try again and request someone else. Pedicure was great. Manicure was ok.
The staff, the environment…all amazing! I love that they stay current on the latest trends, without compromising the health of your nails and the quality of their work. 10/10!!
