First part of job is complete. Second part is waiting on materials and they will return next week to complete. So far, I am very pleased with the work. Update: The job was completed as expected. Everything seems fine.

Project repair porch which had some rot in support timbers. Mike and his helper did a very good job in upgrading back to original condition. I found Mike to be very efficient easy to work with. I would not hesitate to hire him for other projects.

Very professional and friendly. Responsive, and creative in finding solutions. Fair and communicative on price, scheduling, and expectations. This was my original review. However, following the original work, I asked them to perform additional services. In the midst of that work, they suddenly dropped out of communication and despite numerous phone calls and texts over the course of several weeks, did not respond. I don't know why. Maybe went out of business. But can no longer recommend them.
